B. Transit, Handling & Order Cut-Off Time

To ensure fast and reliable delivery, we’ve outlined our order timeline below:

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 2:00 PM (GMT, London).
    Orders placed after this time are processed on the next business day.

  • Handling Time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday) before dispatch.

  • Transit Time: 2–4 business days (Monday to Saturday) via Royal Mail.

You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has been shipped.


C. Delivery Terms

We use Royal Mail exclusively for all deliveries within the UK.
This ensures that every order is tracked, reliable, and delivered on time.

Tracking information will be sent to your registered email once your order leaves our facility.


D. Change of Address

If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@premiumkits.co.uk.

Once an order has been dispatched or is in transit, we are unable to change the delivery address.


E. Order Cancellations

If you change your mind before your order has been dispatched, please contact us immediately.

F. Parcels Damaged in Transit

If your parcel arrives damaged, please follow these steps:

  • If possible, refuse the delivery and notify us right away.

  • If you’ve already accepted the parcel, please email us at support@premiumkits.co.uk with photos of the damaged packaging and product.

We’ll arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no extra cost to you.


G. International Orders

At this time, Premium Kits ships exclusively within the United Kingdom.
We do not currently offer international shipping.


H. Tracking Information

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your Royal Mail tracking number.
You can use this to monitor your delivery’s progress directly through the Royal Mail website.
