3. How long does shipping take?

We ship all orders within the United Kingdom via Royal Mail.

  • Handling Time: 1–2 business days

  • Shipping Time: 2–4 business days after dispatch

  • Order Cut-off: 2:00 PM GMT (orders placed after are processed the next business day)

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.


4. Will I receive an order confirmation email?

Yes. As soon as your order is placed, you’ll receive an automatic confirmation email with your order details.
Once your package ships, we’ll send a second email with your Royal Mail tracking information.


5. How do I return an item?

To start a return, simply email our support team at support@premiumkits.co.uk.

We’ll provide you with a free downloadable Royal Mail return label.
Print it, attach it securely to your return package, and drop it off at any Royal Mail location.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 7 business days.


6. Are there any exclusions or final sale items?

No — all our products are eligible for returns and exchanges within the 30-day window.
We do not have final sale or non-returnable items.


7. What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept PayPal only for all transactions.
This ensures fast, secure, and protected payments through encrypted checkout.


8. Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
